Windy Green Hills Rabbitry Sales Policy
By reserving/purchasing any rabbit, you have agreed to my sales policy listed below. Please take time to read it, and make sure you agree with it.
All rabbits are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Rabbits are not held without a 50% deposit (cash or money order only) made out to me. This deposit is non-refundable. Deposits will not be accepted until kits are at least 4 weeks old.
Once a deposit has been put down, the rabbit must be picked up within 2 days of their "ready to go" date.
All rabbits are sold healthy to the best of our knowledge. We will never sell a sick or injured rabbit. We do not guarantee the health of the rabbit after it leaves the rabbitry. I will not be responsible, under any circumstances, for any illnesses or veterinary bills that may occur after the rabbit leaves my care.
New owners are responsible for bringing an appropriate travel cage/box to bring the rabbit home in.
If you find you can no longer keep a rabbit you’ve purchased from me, please let me know. I can take back my rabbits, depending on the rabbit’s health and/or any medical conditions/illnesses and available cage space. I may not be able to take back rabbits I feel might pose a medical risk to my herd. No money will be refunded.
Any rabbit sold as a pet will not come with pedigree papers
We do not ship our rabbits
We do not guarantee that rabbits bought will produce offspring or win on the show table.
We do not accept checks, cash in exact change only.
